1. Returns Eligibility

We offer returns for most unused and unopened items within:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items damaged by customer misuse are not eligible

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used yoga mats or accessories
  • Opened or worn fitness items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

5. Return Shipping Costs
